Do your sim racing cockpits include a seat?
It depends on the model. Some of our premium chassis come as a complete bundle including a racing seat, while our entry-level rigs are sold as frame-only to allow for custom seat mounting. Please check the 'What's in the box' section on the product page.
Are your steering wheels compatible with all consoles?
Compatibility varies by brand and model. We stock gear specifically for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. Always ensure you select the version compatible with your specific platform before checkout.
How long does shipping take for heavy sim rigs?
Due to the size and weight of sim chassis, these items ship via freight. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a scheduled delivery window once the item leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all electronics. Items must be in their original packaging with all cables and manuals included. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to items that have been mounted or show signs of use.
Do you offer technical support for setup?
Yes! Every purchase from Player1 Sim Gear includes access to our technical support team. We can assist with driver installations, firmware updates, and basic calibration for your pedals and wheel bases.
Can I upgrade my rig components later?
Absolutely. Most of our aluminum profile rigs are modular, meaning you can add monitor mounts, shifter plates, and handbrake brackets as your setup evolves.
