At Player1 Sim Gear, we want to ensure your racing setup is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your electronics or hardware, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic components back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the gear's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
