How It Works
What are these bass shakers?
They're tactile transducers — compact 10W units that turn a low-frequency audio or effects signal into vibration you can feel. Mounted to your pedals, shifter or handbrake, they deliver localised feedback (ABS pulses, wheel slip, drivetrain load, kerbs and surface texture) right where your hands and feet meet the car.
Do I need an amplifier?
Yes. Bass shakers are passive and must be driven by a low-frequency amplifier, which is not included with this set. We recommend the Trak Racer Quad-Channel Bass Shaker & Amplifier Kit — it includes a 4-channel amp (plus two shakers of its own), so adding this pair fills all four channels.
Where should I mount them?
Most drivers mount shakers to the pedals for braking and traction cues, the shifter for gear-change and drivetrain feel, and the handbrake for drift and rally slip feedback. Localised, control-mounted feedback is easier to interpret than seat-only vibration.
Compatibility
Will they work with my rig?
